Louis W. Bauman

Louis W. Bauman is Of Counsel to the Firm. Mr. Bauman was associated with Dreyer and Traub, a Manhattan law firm that specialized in commercial real estate, where he represented numerous office building and shopping center developers, owners and managers, primarily in the area of leasing. Thereafter, he served as General Counsel and Vice President to DelVal Financial Corp., a public REIT, Kenbee Management Inc., a real estate syndication and management company, and Laribee Wire Manufacturing Co., Inc., and all affiliated companies from 1981 to 1992. From 1992 to 1996, he was in-house counsel at Cappelli Associates, a major Westchester real estate developer, and counsel to DelBello Donellan and Weingarten, LLP in White Plains. He has a general practice with specialization in commercial leasing, zoning and the sale, acquisition, financing and refinancing of commercial and residential real estate.
