Marcy Blake

Marcy Blake’s practice is focused on civil litigation, including matrimonial matters, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and the defense of premises liability, products liability, labor law and other tort matters. She has also prepared and argued significant summary judgment motions as well as appeals, and has represented clients in arbitration settings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Blake was an associate at an insurance defense firm, where she litigated a wide range of medical malpractice cases, defending hospitals and physicians. She was also an associate at a general practice firm where she participated in all aspects of general civil litigation, including commercial disputes, and negligence cases.
